Truth or Dare: More Evil. More Fun...

Happy Anniversary, Dearest Evil!

We hope you are having as much fun as we are!

:-)

Now, on to your next set of questions and dares. Please select either one question or one dare.

Questions:

* How many degrees do you have?

* What sport, if any, did you play in high school?

* What is the best advice you've given Evil Junior?

Dares:

* Post a picture (on your blog) of you measuring your waist.

* Go over to the Query Shark blog and make corrections to Janet's corrections on one of the last five queries, then come back over here and let us know which one you did.

* Write a 100 word superhero story, starring yourself.
Ready? You have three hours until your next Truth or Dare assignment...

I posted this a few minutes early because I saw some activity in the minions.

Personally, I'd like to know the true answers to all three truth dealies.

Hi Chris and Robin and Freddie!

Hey EE! Now don't go all Aladdin on us this time, hear. I think you're in cahoots with Grisham today as you explore what loopholes exist in those "assignments"...

Kiersten White said...

I see EE as a male cheerleader.

Chris Eldin said...

Robin, I miss you!!!

YAY Phoenix! I'm glad to see you! Well, if you see any loopholes, close 'em up!!!

Hi Kiersten, Nice to see you!!!

:-)

Phoenix Sullivan said...

Hi Kiersten! Spandex and poms poms and EE...? I think I may have to go lie down for a bit after that image.

Robin B. said...

I guess EE's eating his healthy cereal lunch - huh?

Miss you too!

Dave Fragments said...

A cereal Lunch?
Or a surreal lunch.

Dave Fragments said...

Come to think of it...
EE has a degree in Advanced Semiotics from the Sorbonne.

Phoenix Sullivan said...

Hi Dave!

Well, you would have to go to Sorbonne for one of those, wouldn't you? I mean, most American universities wouldn't even know what it is ;o)

Robin B. said...

By the way, EE - do you know a lot of us have 'thanks stuff' to you on our blogs?

Robin B. said...

I have to go in about 15 minutes- won't be back on until 11:00 or so pm my time- 6:00 pm your time.

Hope HRH is back before then...

Shark and EE--I wanna see you two go at it in a mudpit.

Robin B. said...

Phoenix-

looks like people are still leaving comments in the first 3 hour thingie- they don't realize it's switched up to this one.

Phoenix Sullivan said...

Shoot yeah, SS@S.

Forget the other truth or dares, EE. Go take on the Shark! For us. Please? Your abject and faithful? Throw us a fin, huh?

Julie Weathers said...

I posted a thread in honor of EE on my blog.

So very happy to have found EE and the minions, of course.

Chris Eldin said...

Hi, Just doing a drive-by because I have to put kids to bed, but I'll close the comments on the first thread...
:-)

(Maybe the "Shark" is more like a "Halibut." I left a msg on Twitter, but don't see or hear anything...)
:-)

Robin B. said...

I don't do the Shark thing- bummer. No EE yet, huh`/

Well, I have to go.
I'll check in when I get back in from Pub, Part 2- St. George's Day.

Phoenix Sullivan said...

Thx, Chris. I was over closing down the other comments, too, but MY comment to take it over here didn't make it on 'cause someone closed it before I could finish ;o)

Ms. Janet posted there!

Phoenix Sullivan said...

Bye Rob! See ya after your 12th round. You should be LOTS of fun by then!

What sport, if any, did you play in high school?I didn't actually go to high school, as I accepted an athletic scholarship to play polo at Mount Holyoke right out of 8th grade. Nor do I have a degree, as I accepted an editor-in-chief position at Bantam after my sophomore year.

I was gonna do the Query Shark dare, but the queries were all so long, and then I got pissed that they were all queries that hadn't been sent to me. Plus, sharks appeared on my blog long before Query Shark existed.

Phoenix Sullivan said...

Would that be water polo, equestrian polo, or Marco polo, EE?

Phoenix Sullivan said...

And, of course, we always knew Bantam's books seemed a little sophomoric. Now we know why.

Julie Weathers said...

Ah, EE sighting.

Hey, guys!

Just checking in. Looks like the festivities are in full-schwing here! Happy B-verisary, EE!

I'm grinning like a silly fool at the audacious "Truth or Dare" Q&A!
and LOL over the reveal on what Evil knows he's the cock of the walk!!

Phoenix, you have to call it---did EE answer the question?
;-)

I'll be checking back shortly. I just gotta make sure EE isn't writing more posts on fonts or commas to avoid being over here.

fairyhedgehog said...

It was a good post on fonts, though.

I want a superhero story.

Phoenix Sullivan said...

Chris: He dangly dodged two of the Qs. Shoulda made him swear like in court to tell the truth, the whole truth and nuthin but the truth. As it is, he gets off on a technicality. I'd review the next round of T&Ds pretty closely. Methinks he's got a closetful of Grisham's helping him out today. That means we need to be craftier than him. (I think we're doomed.)

Evil Editor said...

I just did a superhero story. It was the last writing exercise. Super EE 1.

Dave Fragments said...

Dodging questions is an old political skill EE picked up from his conversations with Aristophanes when he was editing the Lysistrata for the publisher.

Unknown said...

Interesting. Mount Holyoke is all girls.

Did EE agree to answer truthfully? Somehow I doubt it.

Chris Eldin said...

heheheh! Clever! But we have two more rounds...

:-)

Phoenix, I'm going to close the comments on this one, and post the next one because I need to sign off for a bit (but I'll be back!!)

Thanks all!!
